How long does a custom ring take?
Most custom orders are completed in 3–5 weeks from the time your design is approved and your deposit is received. Rush orders may be available — contact us to ask.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before I reach out?
Not at all. Many of our customers come to us with just a feeling or a rough idea. We'll guide you through the process and help you land on something you'll love.
Can I send my own materials to be included in the ring?
Yes. We regularly incorporate ashes, pressed flowers, soil, sand, pet fur, and other meaningful items into custom rings. After your order is confirmed, we'll provide a secure shipping address for your materials.
What metals do you work with?
We work primarily with gold, sterling silver, titanium, cobalt, tungsten and ceramic. We can also accommodate gold-tone finishes and precious metal inlays. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll let you know what's possible.
Can I get a matching set for me and my partner?
Absolutely. Matching custom wedding band sets are one of our most popular requests. We'll design both rings together so they complement each other perfectly.
